Rahma Mobil Uygulaması Gizlilik Sözleşmesi

Rahma mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanmadan önce lütfen bu Gizlilik Sözleşmesi'ni dikkatlice okuyunuz. Uygulamayı kullanarak, bu sözleşmede belirtilen şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu Gizlilik Sözleşmesi, kişisel verilerinizin nasıl toplandığı, kullanıldığı ve korunduğu hakkında bilgi vermektedir. Uygulamanın sahibi ve işletmecisi rahmaislam.com'dur.

1. Toplanan Bilgiler

Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdaki türde bilgiler toplayabiliriz:

Kişisel Tanımlayıcı Bilgiler: Uygulamaya üye olmanız veya oturum açmanız durumunda adınız, e-posta adresiniz veya diğer kişisel bilgilerinizi toplayabiliriz.

Uygulamanın hizmetlerini sunmak ve geliştirmek.
Kullanıcı deneyimini kişiselleştirmek ve iyileştirmek.
Uygulama içi satın alma işlemlerini yönetmek ve doğrulamak (RevenueCat aracılığıyla).
OneSignal ile size bildirimler göndermek.
Uygulamanın performansını analiz etmek ve hataları gidermek.
Yapay zeka (Gemini ve ChatGPT API) aracılığıyla İslami konularda sorularınızı yanıtlamak.

3. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri

Uygulamamız, hizmetlerimizi sunmak amacıyla aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kullanmaktadır:

Bu hizmetlerin veri toplama ve kullanma uygulamalarından biz sorumlu değiliz. Kendi gizlilik politikalarını incelemenizi tavsiye ederiz.

4. Bilgilerin Paylaşılması

Kişisel verileriniz, yasal zorunluluklar dışında üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Uygulamayı kullanırken topladığımız anonim veriler, performans analizi amacıyla iş ortaklarımızla paylaşılabilir.

5. Veri Güvenliği

Kişisel verilerinizin güvenliğini sağlamak için makul önlemleri almaktayız. Ancak internet üzerinden hiçbir veri aktarımının %100 güvenli olmadığı unutulmamalıdır.
