1. Şartların Kabulü

Bu Sözleşme, Rahma mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanmanızla ilgili olarak siz son kullanıcı ("Siz" veya "Kullanıcı") ile uygulamanın Geliştiricisi/Sahibi ("Geliştirici" veya "Biz") arasında bağlayıcı yasal bir anlaşmadır. Uygulamayı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Sözleşmenin koşullarına bağlı kalmayı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu Sözleşmenin şartlarını kabul etmiyorsanız, Uygulamayı indirmemeli veya kullanmamalısınız.

2. Lisans Verilmesi

Geliştirici, size bu Sözleşmenin koşullarına ve Apple App Store’un geçerli şartlarına tam olarak uymak koşuluyla, tek bir cihazda Uygulamayı yükleyip kullanmanız için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve iptal edilebilir bir lisans verir.

3. Uygulama İşlevselliği

Rahma Uygulaması İslami içerikler ve öğrenme araçları sunar. Kullanıcı hesapları yalnızca Uygulama deneyimini kişiselleştirmek (örneğin tercihleri, görsel ayarları kaydetmek) amacıyla kullanılmaktadır. Dini içeriklerin temel kullanımına erişim için üyelik zorunlu değildir.

4. Uygulama İçi Satın Alımlar (IAP) ve Abonelikler

Uygulama hem otomatik yenilenen abonelikler hem de tek seferlik (tüketilmeyen) bağış niteliğinde satın alımlar sunmaktadır.

Otomatik Yenilenen Abonelik (ör. Premium Üyelik): Bu abonelik size Reklamsız kullanım, arttırılmış apay zeka soru hakkı gibi özelliklere aylık süreyle erişim sağlar. Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenileme kapatılmadığı sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Hesabınız, mevcut dönemin bitiminden 24 saat önce yenileme ücretiyle tahsil edilir. Satın alma sonrasında App Store Hesap Ayarlarınıza giderek aboneliklerinizi yönetebilir ve otomatik yenilemeyi kapatabilirsiniz.
Tek Seferlik Bağış: Bu, Uygulamanın geliştirilmesini desteklemek amacıyla yapılan, tüketilmeyen, tek seferlik bir satın alımdır ("Bağış"). Bu satın alma isteğe bağlıdır ve Geliştiriciyi destekleme dışında özel özellikler veya premium erişim sağlamaz.
Ödemeler ve İadeler: Tüm ödemeler Apple App Store üzerinden gerçekleştirilir ve Apple’ın Hüküm ve Koşullarına tabidir. Geliştiricinin işlemler veya iadeler üzerinde herhangi bir kontrolü yoktur; iadeler yalnızca Apple’ın takdirine ve politikalarına göre yapılır.

5. Gizlilik Politikası

Uygulamayı kullanımınız, Geliştiricinin Gizlilik Politikası tarafından da yönetilmektedir ve bu Sözleşmeye referans yoluyla dahil edilmiştir. Lütfen Gizlilik Politikasını şu adreste inceleyin: https://rahmaislam.com/privacy

6. İçerik Feragatnamesi (İslami İçerik)

Geliştirici, Uygulamadaki İslami içeriklerin (örneğin Kur’an metinleri, mealleri, dualar) doğruluğunu sağlamak için çaba gösterse de, bu içeriklerin mutlak doğruluğu veya eksiksizliği konusunda garanti vermez. Uygulama eğitim ve ibadet amaçlı olarak sunulmaktadır. Kullanıcılara, kritik dini konularda yetkin âlimlerden teyit almaları tavsiye edilir.

7. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulamanın size satılmadığını, yalnızca lisanslandığını kabul edersiniz. Uygulama ve ona ilişkin tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları Geliştiricinin münhasır mülkiyetinde kalacaktır. Buna, ancak bununla sınırlı olmamak üzere, yazılım kodu, grafikler, tasarım ve içerikler (kullanılan açık kaynak veya halka açık lisanslı içerikler hariç) dahildir.

8. Garanti Feragatnamesi

Uygulama size "OLDUĞU GİBİ" ve "MEVCUT HALİYLE" sunulmaktadır; her türlü kusur ve eksiklikleriyle birlikte, hiçbir tür garanti olmaksızın. Geliştirici, açık, zımni, yasal veya başka türlü tüm garantileri (ticarete elverişlilik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk, mülkiyet hakkı ve ihlal etmeme dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere) açıkça reddeder.

9. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, Geliştirici hiçbir durumda özel, tesadüfi, dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlardan (kâr kaybı, veri veya diğer bilgilerin kaybı, işin kesintiye uğraması, kişisel yaralanma, gizlilik kaybı vb.) sorumlu tutulamaz; bu zararlar Uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından kaynaklansa dahi.

10. Süre ve Fesih

Bu Sözleşme siz veya Geliştirici tarafından feshedilene kadar yürürlükte kalacaktır. Geliştirici, bu Sözleşme şartlarından herhangi birine uymamanız halinde, size bildirimde bulunmadan dahi, Sözleşmeyi istediği zaman feshedebilir. Fesih durumunda, Uygulamanın tüm kullanımını derhal durdurmalı ve tüm kopyalarını imha etmelisiniz.

11. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Sözleşme ve Uygulamayı kullanımınız, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.

End-User License Agreement ("Agreement")

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement is a binding legal agreement between you, the end-user ("You" or "User"), and the application's Developer/Owner ("Developer" or "We") concerning Your use of the Rahma mobile application ("the Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, You must not download or use the Application.

2. License Grant

The Developer grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a single device, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the applicable terms of the Apple App Store.

3. Application Functionality

The Rahma Application provides Islamic content and learning tools. User accounts serve solely to enable customization of the Application experience (e.g., saving preferences, visual settings). Membership is not required for core religious content consumption.

4. In-App Purchases (IAP) and Subscriptions

The Application offers both auto-renewable subscriptions and non-consumable one-time purchases (donations).

Auto-Renewable Subscription (e.g., Premium Membership): This subscription grants You access to Ad-free experience, Increased AI question limit for a monthly period. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage Your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to Your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
One-Time Donation: This is a non-consumable, one-time purchase intended to support the Application's development ("Donation"). This purchase is voluntary and does not grant any special features or premium access beyond the general support of the Developer.
Payments and Refunds: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are governed by Apple's Terms and Conditions. The Developer has no control over transactions or refunds; refunds are issued solely at Apple's discretion and in accordance with their policies.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Application is also governed by the Developer's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy at: https://rahmaislam.com/privacy

6. Content Disclaimer (Islamic Content)

While the Developer strives to ensure the accuracy of the Islamic content (e.g., Quranic texts, translations, prayers) within the Application, no guarantees are made regarding its absolute completeness or correctness. The Application is provided for educational and devotional purposes. Users are advised to seek confirmation from qualified scholars for critical religious matters.

7. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that the Application is licensed, not sold, to You. The Application, and all intellectual property rights concerning it, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Developer. This includes, but is not limited to, the software code, graphics, design, and content (excluding any open-source or publicly licensed content used).

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Application is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. The Developer specifically disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application).

10. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by You or the Developer. The Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if You fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies.

11. Governing Law

The laws of Republic of Turkey shall govern this Agreement and Your use of the Application.
